The 28th President of USA Woodrօw Wilson had a great role in world history and a rich and admirable biography (Doctorate in History and Political Science, President of Princeton University, two-term President of the USA (1913-1921), Nobel Peace Prize winner, founder of The League of Nations, the author of the famous Fourteen Points, a central figure in Paris Peace Conference etc.).

In the second volume of the monograph, the author, based on new facts, makes an attempt to present Woodraw Wilson’s invaluable role in the liberation of Armenia from the Turkish yoke. Endangering his health and life, risking to lose the confidence of the supreme body of his country, Woodrow Wilson delineated the boundaries of the free, independent and united Armenian state with an access to sea. The Armenian nation, being very grateful to him, must submit the Wilsonian documents to the International Court and get from Turkey what belongs to it.
