The Armenian Literature 9 textbook was created in accordance with the requirements of the new state standard and curriculum. The authors of the textbook are Doctor of Philology, Professor Albert Makaryan; Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Ashkhen Jrbashyan; and researcher-teacher, methodologist, and subject expert Hasmik Hovhannisyan.

The textbook is organized into three thematic sections: 1) Value System, Worldview 2) Art, Aesthetics, Imagination 3) Politics, Power, Justice

Each section includes the best works of Armenian classical authors. The textbook also contains supplementary materials from both Armenian and foreign classical authors, presented under QR codes.

Approved by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.
