On November 22, 1920, U.S. President Woodrow Wilson completed the delineation and mapping of the border between Turkey and the Republic of Armenia, as stipulated by the Treaty of Sèvres and entrusted to him by the Allied Powers.

Presented to the reader are the Armenian translations of the text of the border decision made by Wilson and the accompanying letter that provides its justification. These documents, among others, serve as a legal basis for the Armenian people's claims for restitution.

The booklet includes a map of the border between Armenia and Turkey as determined by Woodrow Wilson. It is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Sèvres.
