This volume of the Identity Series contains The History of Armenia or Buzandaran Patmut‘iwnk‘ by Pavstos Buzand (Faustus of Byzantium). Chronologically, it continues the narrative begun by Agathangelos and covers the historical period from King Khosrov III the Small to the first partition of Armenia in 387 AD. The work was first published under the title Buzandaran Patmut‘iwnk‘ in 1730 in Constantinople. It was later rendered into Modern Armenian by Stepan Malkhasyants (published in 1947).
